+ The total income of both spouses is: twenty-eight million dongs
+ Among: six million dongs for living and renting
+ Five million dongs is the cost of your education.
If the above rule applies, the amount of money can pay monthly installment is: 28 million x 28% = 7.8 million.
So, if your family's income is over twenty-five million dongs and only a small child, the purchase of installment in Ho Chi Minh City Apartments is very feasible.
The loan amount can be up to 50% of the apartment value.
