Buying Quickly Housing In The South Of Saigon To Get A Good Price
About 15 years ago, I followed a friend who was traveling through Phuoc Kien, Nha Be District. It took over 20 minutes by motorcycle from the city center. The street wss not far, but it was hard to travel. The resident was sparse, the two sides of the street when the coconut tree was still growing. The quantity of the traffic person was not crowed, so my friends adviced me to be careful when I was late.
That day, the canal streams still contained garbage on Le Van Luong street. Intersection of Nguyen Van Linh street and Nguyen Huu Tho street were also sparse. Two Rach Dia bridges were still in unfinished construction. Looking at landscape this place at that time was still empty, quiet. The destinations which we visited, seem to be likely remote areas. There were still tiny paths with coconut trees, with the cork trees, mangrove trees. Sometimes there were also households raising pigs, raising chickens, raising duck , there were unpleasant smell. Somewhere still saw the green fields. The countryside landscape is right in the city, I thought, "so that this place developed, that thing could take a lot of time sure "
For a long time, because of my work, the working process, my adventures were gradually sparse and away. Until today, all the things are stable. It is the fact that I really want to find a place for me and my family, so I have come back according to the introduction of some friends in brokerage companies of Phu My Hung. I really can't believe that there is a southern area of modern city and perfect development. Luxurious condominiums are located on the Nguyen Huu Tho route. Any area seems to be luxury according to green house standard. Each project has a wide range of parks and swimming pools,gymnastic, commercial center, playground, full of entertainment.
On Le Van Luong street has now no longer been sparse as a few years ago. The quantity of residents have come here in order to live and settle increasingly. A busy life, complete change compare to first days when I came here.
At present, Nguyen Huu Tho street intersection and Nguyen Van Linh street is being invested in construction of bridges and tunnels in order to be convenient transportation through this area. That thing proves the population is growing day by day. Until important traffic works have been finished, the price of real estate in this region will probably change.
I think I'm going to make quickly a plan, in order not to have chance to find the good apartment. When more convenient traffic will have a lot of opportunities, creating a new for the property market in the region.
Life has been changing and replacing quickly. I had no longer visualized the old days before I got to the area.The canal streams contained garbage, they disappeared, instead of bustling residential areas, and the adjacent town houses areas have been rising. Phuoc Kien Ward completely changed . Walking around a few projects which my friends introduced. I feel really satisfied. In addition to the modern projects, the living environment is also a concerned matter . With the canals system, there are the rivers surrounding the projects giving the space to live peaceful, cool. I am sure that I have to quickly implement my plan to have the opportunity to own a good price apartment here.
